Participation in contests conducted by Superstumps requires users to use their account wallet

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered in certain circumstances, as outlined below.

Refund conditions:

  1. Technical concerns
  2. When a user encounters technical difficulties or glitches when using the website or the mobile application, it prevents them from participating in contests or accessing their accounts.

  3. Cancellation of Contests
  4. If Superstumps cancels a contest for any reason, the entry fees will be refunded within 48 hours of the transaction.

  5. Incorrect contest entry
  6. Before the contest entry deadline, users who enter the wrong contest or select the wrong team can request a refund.

REFUND PROCEDURE

The customer may request a refund by contacting customer support through the designated contact information on the website or app.

Users must provide relevant information to receive a refund, such as their username, contest ID, and problem description.

REFUND APPROVAL

If a refund request is submitted, it will be reviewed case-by-case by Superstumps.

An issue that falls under the refund policy will be refunded.

REFUND PROCEDURE

In most cases, refunds will be processed using the original method to enroll in the contest initially.

Depending on the payment provider and other factors, it may take up to 5-7 days for the refund to be processed.

NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS

Contest entry fees are generally non-refundable once they have started or are in progress.
